As the Shelter Director of The Cat Connection, your work will directly impact hundreds of pets and people each year. You will lead a team of fantastic volunteers, overseeing and managing all aspects of shelter operations, including both daily activities and long-range planning. You’ll provide the leadership, management, and support necessary for the efficient performance, operation, and growth of our shelter facility in Brighton, MA.
